SERVICES OFFERED
HEALTH ASSESSMENTS AND SCREENINGS
I conduct health assessments and screenings to monitor students' overall health and well-being. These may include vision screenings, hearing screenings, and other health assessments as needed.
FIRST AID AND BASIC MEDICAL CARE
In the event of minor injuries or illnesses, I provide first aid and basic medical care to students. From bandaging cuts and scrapes to managing headaches and stomachaches, I am here to ensure students receive prompt and appropriate care.
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
If your child requires medication during school hours, I can assist with medication administration as authorized by a parent or guardian. Please ensure all medications are properly labeled and accompanied by the necessary authorization forms.
HEALTH EDUCATION
I offer health education sessions on various topics including nutrition, hygiene, safety, and overall wellness. These sessions aim to empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy lifestyle choices.
