LEGO Education Program:
Students are introduced to engineering design skills. They will learn about the steps in defining a problem, brainstorming solutions, and testing and refining prototypes to improve their designs. They will also learn the beginning steps of coding. -
Kids Academy:
Carlinville Primary School partners with Blackburn College to offer an enriched STEAM program for students. The STEM program provides students with a solid foundation in STEM disciplines while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong passion for learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through hands-on experiences and real-world connections, students develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to thrive in the 21st century. -
French/Spanish Introduction:
High school students visit classrooms to introduce students to French and Spanish language and culture. The student-led environment creates a supportive learning community where language skills are nurtured, cultural awareness is fostered, and leadership abilities are developed. - College Street Readers

Older students partner with younger students to read together, promote literacy, and build positive relationships.
