INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
I provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions for students who may be experiencing academic, social, or emotional challenges. Whether it's academic struggles, friendship issues, stress management, or any other concern, students are welcome to schedule an appointment to talk with me.
GROUP COUNSELING
Throughout the school year, I facilitate various group counseling sessions covering a range of topics such as:
- Building Friendships
- Study Skills and Organization
- Coping with Stress and Anxiety
- Self-Esteem and Confidence Building
Group counseling provides students with the opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn valuable skills in a supportive environment.
