Enrollment Process:

• Pre-Enrollment: Before enrolling your child, please review the enrollment requirements and gather the necessary documents, including proof of residency, birth certificate, and immunization records. You can find detailed information about enrollment requirements on our district website or by contacting our enrollment office.
• In-Person Enrollment: Our enrollment office is available to assist you. Please contact our enrollment office to schedule an appointment and complete the enrollment process at our district office.
• New Student Orientation: Once your child is enrolled, we will provide information about new student orientation sessions and welcome events to help your child acclimate to their new school environment and meet their teachers and classmates.

Enrollment Information:

• Grade Levels: We offer educational programs for students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Screenings are used for pre-kindergarten placement.
• Schools: Carlinville CUSD#1 operates multiple schools within the district, including elementary, middle, and high schools. You can find information about our schools, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and staff, on our district website.
• Transportation: Transportation services are available for eligible students within designated transportation zones. Please contact our transportation department @ 217-854-2311 for more information about bus routes, schedules, and eligibility criteria.
• Special Programs: We offer a variety of special programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our students, including special education, gifted education, English language learner (ELL) support, and more. Our enrollment office can provide information about eligibility and program offerings.
