1976-1997 USAF Medical Service. Served in 8 assignments in US and Europe. Work experience included Medical/Surgical Unit, ER, Aerospace Physiology, Aeromedical Evacuation, Labor & Delivery, Independent Duty Medical Technician with a Ground Launched Cruise Missile Unit, Intensive Care, and both squadron and group level superintendent. Finished career at USAF Academy in Colorado Springs as a Chief Master Sergeant. 1998-2015 Associate Professor, Medical Assistant Program, Southwestern Illinois College, Granite City campus2015-2019 Professor Emeritus, Medical Assistant Program, Southwestern Illinois College, Belleville campusAlso serve on board and staff of WJLY 88.3 FM, Ramsey, ILMarried in 1979, two grown sons, 1 brand new grandson.Have AAS in Allied Health Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force and both a BS and MS in Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
