Psychology Teacher

Robin Phelps has been a teacher for over 15+ years. She earned bachelor's degrees in English and Psychology from Illinois College and then a master’s degree from Illinois State University. She has also been able to teach at the community college level as an adjunct psychology faculty member, and in her early professional days, she was a therapist and assessment clinician. Mrs. Phelps currently teaches English and psychology. She loves to encourage students to enjoy the love of reading and writing. In no particular order, Mrs. Phelps is a fan of books, musical theater, cats, travel, and the Minnesota Vikings. She hopes to have current and former students inspire and uplift others with their words and actions. She hopes that her courses are both challenging and fun for students and her courses not only help students learn more about themselves and the world but also cultivate a lifelong love of learning.
