11 students from the CHS FCCLA chapter attended the 2024 FCCLA Leadership Conference on Monday, October 21, 2024. We listened to and watched an amazing keynote speaker, Jason Lindsey AKA Mr. Science. He did 5 seperate experiments realating them all to leadership, connection & perserverence. We were also able to learn about the opportunities we could do with this year's state community service project Ronald McDonald House. Students were also able to attend workshops involving mental health, team buidling, true colors & personality testing, and yogo for the mind (zentangle). After the meeting we went out to lunch, and enjoyed sweet treats before heading back to school. We are so grateful to have been able to attend this event and can't wait for the next adventure.
