6th & 7th Grade

Amanda is a Carlinville alumni and has been teaching at Carlinville Middle School since 2013. She graduated from Illinois State University in 2012 (Go Redbirds!) with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Amanda helped coach the Cavalette dance team for ten years and ran the LINK program for CMS a few years as well. Now, Amanda's after school focus is on family and running her three children to their extracurricular activities. Amanda is blessed with a husband who is an Illinois State Trooper, two daughters, and a son. In their free time, you can usually find the Frankfords enjoying the outdoors.
Helping students to feel confident in their mathematical abilties is Amanda's ultimate goal. She wants to help students develop skills to be able to think critically and indepenently on their own so that they can go out and have successful lives outside of school.
